The following Terms and conditions apply to esmartwatershop and www.smartwatershop.com.au equally.

Smart water shop accepts its legal responsibilities and as such has make every effort to abide by the law in all its dealings with its customers. Every effort has also been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Smart water shop, to the extent permitted by law shall have no responsibility or liability to any person or entity  with respect to any liability, misleading information, loss or damage  caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly from the use or reliance upon the information contained on its ebay shop. The product pictures displayed are as accurate a representation of the product that will be supplied as possible, however they may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.

Ordering Products from Smart Water Shop
We will only deliver products within Australia. The information provided by you will help us to deliver your orders and communicate with you when required. All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Product Advice
We are experts on the products we sell on ebay and our website so if you would like any assistance or guidance in choosing the best products for your needs then call us or email us prior to ordering. Let us know what you are going to use the products for and our expert staff will provide you with the assistance you need to confidently order the most suitable products for the needs you describe.

Despatch 

Smart Water Shop will pick, pack and despatch orders in the following timeframes:

All orders received will be despatched within 3 business days of the order being placed and paid for. If we have any reason that we cannot despatch in this timeframe we will advise you by email or phone.

Smart Water Shop will use Australia Post Parcel Post Bags or Parcel Post to deliver customer orders. Both systems use a tracking code to assist us and our customers to track the progress of the delivery of your order.

Heavy or Bulky orders will be quoted seperatly.

 

Parcel Tracking

Australia Post Parcel Post bags and Parcel Post allocates a bar code and consignment number to each parcel.

Smart Water Shop will email ebay customers the consignment number through ebay and website customers will be emailed directly within one business day of despatching the goods.

 

Product Guarantees and Warrantees 
All product guarantees are provided by the Manufacturer or Australian Distributor of the product. Smart Water Shop will abide by their policies when handling claims for faulty goods or goods in need of service or repair.

Warranty Returns

If your product fails to work or work correctly during the manufacturer’s warranty period, you must first ring us on 03 9800 2177 or email us on sales@smartwatershop.com.au and inform us about the problem you are experiencing with your product.

Some products may be required to be taken or sent to the nearest service dealer for inspection and warranty repair or replacement. In such cases we will assist you with the name and location of the closest service agent t when you contact us.

Other products may need to be sent back to us for inspection.

The cost of sending a product back to us, even during the warranty period will be at your cost.

Smart Water Shop will inspect the product before making a decision on whether to repair, replace or refund the payment for the product.

 

Product Returns Policy 
If for any reason you wish to return any goods to Smart Water Shop, you must first ring us on 03 9800 2177 or email us on sales@smartwatershop.com.au and provide us with your reason for wishing to return the goods. You must advise us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Products returned for replacement or credit without prior notice will not be processed. The initial cost and arrangements for returning the goods must be paid by you unless we advise you otherwise.

We will replace the goods or provide a full refund if the goods are:

  • Deemed to have manufacturing fault or are dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Deemed to have been damaged in transit

We will also refund the cost of returning the product to us in the above instances

If the product is not found to be faulty and is in perfect working order, the cost of its return to you will be at your cost.

We will credit the cost of the product ordered, less a 10% restocking fee if,

  • The product you ordered was not the correct product for your needs
  • The product you ordered was not fit for the purpose you had intended. Unless the goods were purchased following advice given by one of our staff

The cost of returning the product to us and the cost and delivery of a correct product will be at your cost.

If a product ceases to work or work correctly during its period of warranty, the instructions given on the warranty card or document must be followed. If a product does not have a warranty card or document you must contact us for further instructions.

No replacement or refund will be provided if the goods are:

  • Not returned to us in the way they were packaged when delivered and in an immediately saleable condition.
  • Deemed to have been abused, damaged or misused by you in any way

If a product is retuned to us in this condition and your claim for refund or replacement is refused, the cost of returning the product to you, should you want it back, will be at your cost.

 

Out of Stock
If we are out of stock of any product that you have ordered we will contact you by phone or email to inform you when that product will be available and ask you which of the following options best suits you:

  • Hold the entire order until the product become available
  • Deliver the order minus the product that is out of stock and when the product come into stock we will deliver it separately at our cost
  • Change the order by replacing the out of stock product with another one of your choice as a suitable replacement.

Privacy Statement
Information about our customers is for the sole use by Smart Water Shop. The information that you provide us, when purchasing a product or at any other time is for administrative purposes only and for the purpose of helping us to fulfil your orders and communicate with you when and where necessary. Smart Water Shop will not make available, sell, give away or distribute any customer information We may from time to time email information to you about products or promotions that may be of interest to you. You may at any time request that we do not send these types of emails to you and they will cease immediately.
